Crafted bean-to-bar in Mission Beach, our dark chocolate is made from cocoa grown on Karkar Island, Papua New Guinea. It delivers deep cocoa intensity with subtle fruity undertones and a clean, lingering finish. The addition of buttery salted caramel creates pockets of crunch and a touch of pink Murray River salt that enhances the natural complexity of the chocolate.
