Crafted bean-to-bar in Mission Beach, our milk chocolate is made from single origin cocoa grown on Karkar Island, Papua New Guinea, giving it a beautifully balanced flavour with notes of stone fruit. The addition of premium pistachios adds a delicate nuttiness and gentle crunch that perfectly complements the chocolate’s natural sweetness.
As always at Charley’s, we make our chocolate from whole beans to celebrate the unique flavour of its origin, working closely with growers who farm ethically and sustainably.
